Vinai is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and brings with him over three decades of rich experience in the manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, he has held key positions in several renowned manufacturing and third-party inspection companies, including LML-Vespa, Samtel, Roulunds Brake India, Cooper Standard Automotive, DCM Foundry, Shivani Locks, and Good Luck Engineering. His deep understanding of production processes, quality systems, and operational efficiency has made him a trusted leader in the field. Currently serving as Executive Advisor, Vinai also plays a critical role in shaping business strategy and guiding long-term organizational growth through his insights and expertise.
Pushkar – Plant Head
Pushkar is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, including automotive, engineering, and manufacturing. His career spans various leadership roles where he has successfully managed large-scale operations, process optimization, and cross-functional teams. At present, he is responsible for overseeing the entire plant operations, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and operational efficiency. In addition to managing day-to-day activities, Pushkar also handles the plant’s Profit & Loss (P&L), contributing to strategic decision-making and overall business performance. His deep technical knowledge and operational acumen make him a valuable asset to the organization.
